If not, the straw needs to be inserted further. Step 2 Once the air starts to move through the straw, continue adding light pressure to the balloon, pushing the air out. Slowly fold the balloon until all air is removed. Step 3 When your balloon is deflated, fold and store in a cool and dry location. Your balloon is now ready to be refilled.
