Ours dividers come in a sheet for easy storage but require no cutting, simply bend them back and forth once or twice to snap one off when needed. Acrylic dividers currently being sold all require the protective paper to be peeled off each piece. Our dividers do not have this, saving you a headache and significant time. Made of high strength fiberglass, our dividers stay in place and provide greater stiffness when compared to those typically made of plastic. The dividers come in easily separable sheets. When you need one, simply bend along the cut lines once or twice and they will come part. You should not need any tools to cut these. It is easiest to assemble the divider pieces before installing them in the bin. They are assembled by sliding the notched grooves of the individual pieces into one another. The configuration you use is up to you and depends on how to best utilize your space but for the dividers to hold in place at least one width and one length divider must be used. When installing your dividers into the bin, pay attention to the small notch on the bottom of the length divider. This is intended to go over the small bump in the bottom of the IRIS bins. With the dividers in the correct position, press firmly to insert your dividers. The dividers are held in place by friction between the plastic of the bin and the dividers themselves.
