Loosen the knob until the rubber base is flat by turning counterclockwise and position the product into the slotin the cup. IMPORTANT: the slot position is in the bottom of the disc! 3. If problems when firstly installation, please wash the suction cup, dry it with hair dryer and test it on the smooth glass surface. If suction holds, that means initial wall might not applicale for using suction cup, please change installation location. Suction will not work on porous or uneven surfaces, such as grout lines, cement wall, wood, porcelain, marble, wallpaper, natural stones (e.g., travertines), painted wall and any other bumpy surfaces. To install your suction shower basket on a rough surface, you'll need to use the 3M Discs first which we have provided in the package. Important: You do not need to use "Adhesive mounting discs" if you have non-porous smooth surfaces such smooth tile, glass or mirror.
