No. We embossed (raised) the increments on the mold so they stand out and you can feel them. Then, we use high heat to bake on bold black permanent ink. Will they break if I accidentally drop them? No. They have the perfect balance of flexibility and durability, so you won't have to worry about them breaking easily. Can they be used for gasoline and motor oil? Absolutely.
